Unfortunately, we are not able to determine the true height that your rear leg would be in the air once the t-top is folded due to not knowing what it will make contact with in your boat first.
The attached is a generic diagram to help give you some idea to gauge this on. We have seen customers if they do have issues with the legs sticking up too far actually remove the upper section entirely for storing their boat.
