We are seeing more and more fishermen installing radar domes to their t-tops. There are two ways we have seen this being done by our customers on their t-tops.
The first way would be using our Radome Mounting Plate:

This is a 12x12 plate that you can drill your own radome hole pattern into. When using this product you would be able to install the radar along the upper canopy section only on the outer rails.
The second way would be using our Universal Accessory Rail Mounts:

This would be using our rail system that is designed perfectly to align and mount to our Pro Series T-Top and Original T-Top upper canopy section where the rails run parallel to the length of the boat. Unlike using these rails with our electronics box and mounting the flat side of these rails down towards the floor, you would be able to mount these rails on the top portion of the canopy rails directly underneath the t-top.
With this application we would also recommend using our rod grommets found here: https://fishmaster.com/rod-grommets-pair.html. Using these would create an area that your bolts needed to mount the radar could pass through the canopy section with ease and the canopy area be protected.
Another pro tip we would suggest is when running wires and needing your t-top to fold, come out 2 inches from any welds and use a quick electrically disconnect. A brand we have used in the past and find to do well with this application is https://deutschconnectorstore.com/.
